Project Overview:

Ordubad Rayon Central Hospital is located in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan and aims to enhance the region's healthcare services. The hospital is designed to provide comprehensive medical services with modern facilities.

Role:

As the Architectural Design Lead and BIM Model Coordinator, I was responsible for the preparation of all design and application projects, managing the visualization team, and ensuring seamless coordination with other disciplines such as structural, electrical, and mechanical.

Project Goals and Achievements:

The goal of the project was to modernize healthcare services in the region and provide comprehensive medical care to the public. All design and application projects were successfully completed within the allocated budget and timeline, making them ready for construction.

Methodology and Tools:

The project was designed and modeled using Revit, ensuring effective coordination across disciplines and accurate quantity takeoffs. Application projects and detailed documentation were prepared for construction.
