Project Overview

Located in the scenic vineyards of Shaqlawa, this exclusive four-story countryside retreat spans an 11,200 m² estate, designed as a weekend getaway for one of Erbil's most distinguished figures. With its distinctive architectural form and carefully planned spaces, the residence offers both comfort and elegance, seamlessly integrating with the surrounding landscape. A private swimming pool in the front yard provides a refreshing escape during the region's hot summers.


Key Features

Basement: Jacuzzi, sauna, and WC for relaxation.

Ground Floor: Spacious living room, kitchen, and WC.

First Floor: One master bedroom and one additional bedroom.

Upper Floor: A large terrace and an additional room, offering panoramic views.

Distinctive Geometry: The design features a square base with two opposite corners smoothly curved, one housing the stairwell and the other serving as a balcony and entrance canopy.

Role

I was fully responsible for the architectural design, Revit modeling, construction drawings, and renderings. The project was developed with a strong emphasis on blending functionality with aesthetic appeal.


Methodology & Tools

Designed, modeled, and documented entirely in Revit.

All 3D visualizations and quantity takeoffs were produced using BIM workflows.

The project was developed with precise attention to construction detailing, ensuring smooth execution.
