Projeye Genel Bakış:

İstanbul Konsept Kuleler projesi, İstanbul'un ruhunu Erbil'e taşıyarak İstanbul Boğazı ve ikonik köprülerini sembolize etmektedir. 100.000 m²'lik bir alan üzerine konumlandırılan proje, "İSTANBUL" yazacak şekilde adlandırılan sekiz dairesel kuleden ve İstanbul Boğazı'nı temsil eden, üzerinde iki yaya köprüsü (dönemin iki Boğaz geçişini yansıtan) bulunan bir merkezi gölden oluşmaktadır.

Her bir kulede 15 kat boyunca üç daire tipi:

Küçük Birimler: 175 m², kat başına 4 birim (2 kule)

Orta Birimler: 200 m², kat başına 4 birim (2 kule)

Büyük Birimler: 250 m², kat başına 4 birim (4 kule)

Toplam inşaat alanı: 117.000 m²


Olanaklar:

Yüzme havuzları, fitness merkezi, spa, perakende alanları ve spor sahaları içeren peyzajlı alanlar.


Rol:

Kültürel ilhamı modern lüksle harmanlayan bir konsept oluşturarak mimari ve peyzaj tasarımından sorumluydum.

Project Overview:

The Istanbul Concept Towers project brings the spirit of Istanbul to Erbil, symbolizing the Bosphorus and its iconic bridges. Situated on a 100,000 m² site, the development features eight circular towers — named to spell "ISTANBUL" — surrounding a central lake designed to represent the Bosphorus, complete with two pedestrian bridges (reflecting the two Bosphorus crossings that existed at the time).


Key Features:

Residential Towers:

Three apartment types across 15 stories per tower:

Small Units: 175 m², 4 units per floor (2 towers).

Medium Units: 200 m², 4 units per floor (2 towers).

Large Units: 250 m², 4 units per floor (4 towers).

Total construction area: 117,000 m².


Amenities:

Landscaped areas with swimming pools, fitness center, spa, retail spaces, and sports fields.

I was responsible for the architectural and landscape design, creating a concept that blends cultural inspiration with modern luxury.
