Projeye Genel Bakış:

Doğal topoğrafya ile uyum içinde tasarlanan Cennet Otel, teraslı peyzajı, özel villaları ve yüksek katlı otel binası ile lüks bir konaklama kompleksidir. Proje, konut ve rekreasyon alanlarını entegre ederek misafirlere benzersiz bir tatil deneyimi sunmaktadır.


Tesis girişi, 250 m²'lik resepsiyon, lobi ve ofis binası ile 500 m²'lik restoranın arasında yer alarak ziyaretçileri kompleksin merkezine yönlendirmektedir. Peyzaj, iki ana havuz etrafında yapılandırılmıştır:

Villaların radyal bir düzenle optimum manzara için sıralandığı, merkezinde bir snack bar bulunan bir ana yüzme havuzu.

Açık ve kapalı restoran tesislerinin yanında konumlanan, aquapark olarak tasarlanmış ikincil bir havuz.


11 katlı otel:

Bodrum katı: Teknik alanlar

Zemin kat: Ofisler, kahvaltı salonu ve lobi

1-8. katlar: Kat başına 8 tek oda ve 2 süit olmak üzere toplam 64 tek oda ve 16 süit

9.kat: 144 kişilik döner platformu bulunan, saatte bir tam tur atan 200 koltuklu döner restoran


71 villa, tek odalı birimlerden dört yatak odalı konutlara kadar, tek katlı ve dubleks konfigürasyonlarda olmak üzere 8 farklı tipolojide sunulmaktadır.


Rol ve Sorumluluklar

Teraslı araziyle sorunsuz entegrasyonu sağlayarak, tüm mimari tasarım, görselleştirme ve peyzaj planlamasından sorumluydum. Projenin tamamı, hassas koordinasyon ve verimli proje yürütmeye olanak tanıyan Revit'te geliştirilmiştir.

Project Overview:

Designed to harmonize with the natural topography, Paradise Hotel is a luxury hospitality complex featuring a terraced landscape, private villas, and a high-rise hotel building. The project integrates residential and recreational spaces, offering guests a unique resort experience.


The facility entrance is situated between the 250 m² reception, lobby, and office building and a 500 m² restaurant, guiding visitors into the heart of the complex. The landscape is structured around two main pools:

A central swimming pool, encircled by villas arranged in a radial layout for optimal views, with a snack bar at its core.

A second-tier pool, designed as an aquapark, located next to both open and enclosed restaurant facilities.


11-story hotel:

Basement level: Technical areas

Ground floor: Offices, breakfast hall, and lobby

1st–8th floors: 64 single rooms and 16 suites (8 single rooms and 2 suites per floor)

9th floor: A 200-seat revolving restaurant with a 144-person rotating platform, completing a full rotation every hour.


71 villas, offering 8 distinct typologies, ranging from single-room units to four-bedroom residences, in both single-story and duplex configurations.


Role & Responsibilities

I was responsible for the entire architectural design, visualization, and landscape planning, ensuring seamless integration with the terraced site. The entire project was developed in Revit, allowing for precise coordination and efficient project execution.
