Proje Genel Bakışı:

Irak'ın Şaklava kentinde yer alan bu 13.360 m²'lik konaklama projesi, lüks ve ferah bir kaçış noktası olup özellikle sıcak yaz günleri için idealdir. Dikey ve yatay çizgilerin çarpıcı kombinasyonuyla tasarlanan 11 katlı bu otel, modern estetiği işlevsel verimlilikle harmanlamaktadır. 4.800 m²'lik bir parsel üzerine yayılan otel, hem ticari hem de konaklama ihtiyaçlarına cevap vererek misafirlerine olağanüstü bir deneyim sunar.


Bodrum Katı: Teknik hacimlere ve otopark alanlarına ayrılmıştır.

Zemin ve Birinci Katlar: Perakende ve diğer ticari faaliyetler için ticari alanlar.

Konaklama Katları: Her birinde huzurlu ve çevre dostu bir atmosfer için yeşil teras bulunan 80'den fazla suit odaya ev sahipliği yapan sekiz kat.


Rol:

Projenin konsept tasarımlarını geliştirmekten ve görselleştirme ekibini yönetmekten sorumluydum. Çalışmalarım, estetik ve işlevsellik arasında kusursuz bir denge sağlamaya odaklanarak, otelin tasarımının müşterinin vizyonu ve ihtiyaçlarını karşılarken aynı zamanda doğal çevresiyle uyum içinde olmasını garanti etmiştir.

Project Overview:

Located in Shaqlawa, Iraq, this 13,360 m² hospitality project is a luxurious and refreshing retreat, especially ideal for hot summer days. Designed with a striking combination of vertical and horizontal lines, this 11-story hotel blends modern aesthetics with functional efficiency. Spread over a 4,800 m² plot, the hotel caters to both commercial and residential needs, offering an exceptional experience for guests.


Basement Level: Dedicated to services and car parking facilities.

Ground and First Floors: Commercial spaces for retail and other business activities.

Residential Floors: Eight floors housing over 80 suite rooms, each featuring a green terrace for a serene and eco-friendly atmosphere.


Role:

I was responsible for developing the concept designs and managing the visualization team for the project. My work emphasized achieving a seamless balance between aesthetics and functionality, ensuring that the hotel's design complements its natural surroundings while meeting the client's vision and needs.
