Proje Genel Bakışı:

Şattrah Hastanesi, Nasiriye'nin kuzeyinde yer alan, 600.000'den fazla kişiye hizmet veren 130 yataklı bir kadın doğum ve çocuk hastanesidir. Tesis, 100'in üzerinde yatak ile 30 acil ve yoğun bakım yatağı kapasitesine sahiptir. 4 ameliyathane, 5 doğum odası, BT, MR, röntgen gibi radyoloji hizmetleri, acil servis ve laboratuvar hizmetlerini içeren kapsamlı bir sağlık hizmeti yelpazesi sunmaktadır.

Hastane, gelecekteki genişleme potansiyeli de göz önünde bulundurularak tasarlanmış olup, 80 yatak kapasitesi ilavesi için 10.000 m²'lik bir alan rezervi bulunmaktadır. Bu genişleme ile toplam alan 22.000 m²'ye ve toplam yatak kapasitesi 210'a ulaşacaktır.


Proje Hedefleri ve Kazanımlar:

Temel hedef, bölgenin artan sağlık hizmeti ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak üzere gelecekte genişletilebilecek, işlevsel ve ölçeklenebilir bir sağlık tesisi tasarlamaktı. Proje, inşaat aşamasına hazır olacak şekilde, gerekli tüm tasarım ve dokümantasyon çalışmaları tamamlanarak sonuçlandırılmıştır.


Yöntem ve Araçlar:

Projenin tamamı Revit ortamında geliştirilmiş olup, etkin koordinasyon için detaylı metraj (BOQ) çıktıları ve 3B görselleştirmeler hazırlanmıştır. Tasarım, operasyonel verimliliği korurken hastanenin gelecekteki talepleri karşılayabilmesi amacıyla, genişleme potansiyeli göz önünde bulundurularak tamamlanmıştır.


Rol:

Mimari uygulama projesinin tüm disiplinlerinden sorumlu olmanın yanı sıra, yapı, elektrik ve mekanik ekiplerle koordinasyonu da yürüttüm. Ayrıca, metraj (BOQ) hazırlık çalışmalarına ve 3B görselleştirmelerin üretim sürecine katkı sağladım.

Project Overview:

The Shattrath Hospital is a 130-bed maternity and pediatric facility located in the northern part of Al Nasiriyah, serving a population of over 600,000 people. The hospital includes 100 beds, along with 30 emergency and ICU beds. It provides comprehensive healthcare services, including 4 operating rooms, 5 delivery rooms, and radiology services such as CT, MRI, X-ray, emergency care, and laboratory services.

The hospital is designed to accommodate future expansion, with an additional 10,000 m² space for 80 beds, bringing the total area to 22,000 m² and a capacity of 210 beds.


Project Goals and Achievements:

The goal was to design a functional and scalable healthcare facility that could be expanded in the future to meet the growing healthcare needs of the region. The project was completed with all required designs and documentation, ensuring the hospital was ready for construction.


Methodology and Tools:

The entire project was developed in Revit, with detailed quantity takeoffs (BOQ) and 3D visualizations for effective coordination. The design was completed with future expansion in mind, allowing the hospital to meet future demands while maintaining operational efficiency.


Role:

I was responsible for all disciplines of the architectural application project, including the coordination with structural, electrical, and mechanical teams. I also contributed to the preparation of the BOQ and 3D visualizations.
