Proje Özeti:
Mega Mall yakınında, Shoresh Caddesi'nin hızla gelişen ticaret aksı üzerinde konumlanan 8.800 m² büyüklüğündeki bu proje, geleneksel akaryakıt istasyonu tipolojisini çağdaş bir hizmet merkezine dönüştürmeyi hedeflemektedir. Mevcut istasyon hizmet vermeye devam ederken, alanın aşağıdaki işlevleri içeren modern bir tesise dönüştürülmesi planlanmaktadır:
Akaryakıt İstasyonları: Aynı anda 8 araca hizmet verebilecek kapasite
Destek Hizmetleri: Oto yıkama ünitesi ve araç servis alanı
Kamusal Donatılar: Ziyaretçilerin konforunu ve kullanım kolaylığını artırmak üzere tasarlanmış kafe, restoran ve market alanları
Rol:
Konsept tasarım, master planlama ve 3B görselleştirme çalışmalarından sorumluydum. Süreç boyunca çağdaş mimari yaklaşımı işlevsel verimlilikle bütünleştirerek projenin tasarım dilini oluşturdum.
Bu proje, akaryakıt istasyonları için hem pratik hem de sosyal ihtiyaçlara cevap veren, çok işlevli bir mekân kurgusuyla yeni bir standart oluşturmayı amaçlamaktadır.

Project Overview:
Situated in the rapidly developing trade hub of Shoresh Street, near Mega Mall, this 8,800 m² project reimagines the traditional petrol station into a modern service hub. While the existing station continues to serve the public, plans are underway to transform the site into a contemporary facility offering:
Fueling Stations: Capacity to serve 8 vehicles simultaneously.
Support Services: Includes a car wash center and a vehicle service area.
Public Amenities: A cafeteria, restaurant, and a market, designed to enhance convenience and comfort for visitors.

I was responsible for the concept design, master planning, and 3D visualizations, ensuring the integration of modern aesthetics and functional efficiency.
This project aims to set a new standard for petrol stations, providing a multifunctional space that meets both practical and social needs.
