Proje Genel Bakış

15.000 m² büyüklüğündeki bu eğitim kampüsü, öğrenme ve gelişim odaklı bir merkez olarak geliştirilmiştir. Kompleksin merkezinde, projenin hem sembolik hem de işlevsel odağı olarak tasarlanan iki katlı, 300 kişilik konferans salonu yer almaktadır. Bu odak yapıyı çevreleyen destek fonksiyonlar şunlardır:

Yurtlar: Öğrenciler ve misafirler için konaklama birimleri

Sınıflar: Eğitim ve özel eğitim programları için tasarlanmış mekânlar

Ofis Alanları: İdari ve özel çalışma alanları

Rekreasyon Alanları: Sosyal yaşamı ve iyi oluşu desteklemek amacıyla yüzme havuzu ve fitness merkezi içeren ayrı bir yapı

Projenin Amaçları ve Kazanımları

Projenin amacı, işlevselliği ve mimari bütünlüğü dengede tutan, kompakt ancak kapsamlı bir eğitim kampüsü ortaya koymaktı. Tasarım; verimli mekânsal organizasyon, kullanıcı konforu ve tutarlı bir mimari dil üzerine odaklanarak öğrenme ve gelişim için destekleyici bir ortam oluşturmuştur.

Yöntem ve Kullanılan Araçlar

Projenin tamamı Revit ortamında geliştirilmiş ve modellenmiş, böylece disiplinler arası doğru koordinasyon ve verimli tasarım süreci sağlanmıştır. Peyzaj tasarımı, mimari konseptle entegre edilerek mekânsal kalite ve kullanım verimliliği artırılmıştır.

Bu proje, kamu ihalesi kapsamında geliştirilmiş bir projedir ve tüm süreçler kamu satın alma gerekliliklerine uygun şekilde yürütülmüştür.

Rol

Mimari tasarım ve BIM modellemeden sorumluydum ve tüm tasarım ve modelleme süreci benim tasarım üretimim olarak geliştirilmiştir. Ayrıca görselleştirme ekibine liderlik ederek süreci yönettim ve üretilen görsellerin mimari niyet ile eğitimsel hedefleri doğru şekilde yansıtmasını sağladım.

Project Overview

This 15,000 m² education campus was developed as a learning and development hub. The central feature of the complex is a two-story, 300-person conference hall, designed as the symbolic and functional core of the project. Surrounding this focal point are supporting functions including:

Dormitories: Accommodation units for students and visitors

Classrooms: Spaces designed for education and specialized training programs

Office Areas: Administrative and private working spaces

Recreational Facilities: A separate building including a swimming pool and fitness center to support well-being and social activity

Project Goals and Achievements

The project aimed to deliver a compact yet comprehensive educational campus that integrates functionality with architectural clarity. The design emphasizes efficient spatial organization, user comfort, and a coherent architectural language, creating a supportive environment for learning and development.

Methodology and Tools

The entire project was developed and modeled in Revit, ensuring accurate coordination across disciplines and efficient design development. Landscape design was integrated with the architectural concept to strengthen spatial quality and usability.

This was a public sector tender project, developed in accordance with government procurement requirements.

Role

I was responsible for the architectural design and BIM modeling, and the entire design and modeling process was developed under my authorship. In addition, I led and directed the visualization team, guiding the production process to ensure the outputs accurately reflected the architectural intent and the educational objectives of the project.
