Project Overview:
A 52,700 sqm mixed-use development divided into two main zones:
Commercial Zone:
Includes an 8-floor motel (5,211 sqm, 39 rooms, indoor pool, fitness center), a 2-floor office & shopping mall (3,160 sqm), and a 3-floor supermarket (3,431 sqm).
Residential Zone:
Comprises 12 apartment blocks (68,000 sqm, 448 units, 8–10 floors) constructed with tunnel formwork system for rapid and cost-effective production. The circular layout, surrounded by a ring road, creates a traffic-free internal garden with social areas and water features. A 6,160 sqm underground garage (219 cars) lies beneath the garden.
Methodology:
The entire project was modeled and quantified in Revit, ensuring accuracy and coordination between disciplines.
Additionally, application detail drawings were produced in AutoCAD to support site implementation and technical documentation.
Role:
Managed the architectural team responsible for preparing application and construction drawings, quantity takeoffs, and 3D visualizations of both residential and commercial buildings. Supervised the production of Revit models, ensured BIM coordination with electrical and mechanical disciplines, and maintained design consistency across the project.
