İki ana bölgeden oluşan 52.700 m²'lik karma kullanımlı bir geliştirme projesi:

Ticari Bölge:

8 katlı bir motel (5.211 m², 39 oda, kapalı yüzme havuzu, fitness merkezi)

2 katlı ofis ve alışveriş merkezi (3.160 m²)

3 katlı süpermarket (3.431 m²)

Konut Bölgesi:

Tünel kalıp sistemiyle hızlı ve ekonomik üretim için inşa edilmiş 12 apartman bloğu (68.000 m², 448 birim, 8-10 kat).Dairesel yerleşim düzeni, çevreleyen ring yolu ile araç trafiğine kapalı, sosyal alanlar ve su ögeleri içeren bir iç bahçe oluşturmaktadır. Bahçenin altında 6.160 m²'lik yeraltı otoparkı (219 araç) bulunmaktadır.

Metodoloji:

Projenin tamamı Revit'te modellenmiş ve metrajlandırılmış olup, disiplinler arası doğruluk ve koordinasyon sağlanmıştır. Ayrıca, şantiyede uygulamayı ve teknik dokümantasyonu desteklemek için AutoCAD'de uygulama detay çizimleri üretilmiştir.

Rol:

Hem konut hem de ticari binaların uygulama ve inşaat çizimleri, metraj çıkarımları ve 3B görselleştirmelerinden sorumlu mimari ekibi yönettim. Revit model üretim süreçlerine süpervizyon sağladım, elektrik ve mekanik disiplinlerle BIM koordinasyonunu temin ettim. Proje genelinde tasarım tutarlılığını sağladım.

Project Overview:

A 52,700 sqm mixed-use development divided into two main zones:

Commercial Zone: 

Includes an 8-floor motel (5,211 sqm, 39 rooms, indoor pool, fitness center), a 2-floor office & shopping mall (3,160 sqm), and a 3-floor supermarket (3,431 sqm).

Residential Zone: 

Comprises 12 apartment blocks (68,000 sqm, 448 units, 8–10 floors) constructed with tunnel formwork system for rapid and cost-effective production. The circular layout, surrounded by a ring road, creates a traffic-free internal garden with social areas and water features. A 6,160 sqm underground garage (219 cars) lies beneath the garden.

Methodology:

The entire project was modeled and quantified in Revit, ensuring accuracy and coordination between disciplines.

Additionally, application detail drawings were produced in AutoCAD to support site implementation and technical documentation.

Role:

Managed the architectural team responsible for preparing application and construction drawings, quantity takeoffs, and 3D visualizations of both residential and commercial buildings. Supervised the production of Revit models, ensured BIM coordination with electrical and mechanical disciplines, and maintained design consistency across the project.
