İnşaat Alanı: 16.344 m²

Bu lüks geliştirme projesi, Shaqlawa manzarasına hakim VIP Sınıfı Dairelerden oluşacaktır. Proje, toplam 304 daire, 24 dubleks konut ve 40 dükkân içeren 6 çift apartman binasını kapsamaktadır. Yapısal sistem, inşaatta verimlilik ve yüksek kaliteli bitiş işçiliği sağlamak amacıyla tünel kalıp yöntemi kullanılarak tasarlanmıştır.


Metodoloji:

Projenin tamamı, tünel kalıp sisteminin BIM iş akışına entegre edildiği Revit'te tasarlanmış ve modellenmiştir. Maliyet tahmini ve proje planlamasını desteklemek için BIM modelinden detaylı metraj çıkarımları yapılmıştır.


Rol:

Mimari Tasarım Şefi ve BIM Model Koordinatörü olarak, tüm tasarım ve uygulama projelerinin hazırlanmasını yönettim, görselleştirme ekibine süpervizörlük yaptım ve yapısal, elektrik ve mekanik disiplinlerle kesintisiz koordinasyonu sağladım.

Project Overview:

Construction Area: 16,344 sqm

This luxury development will feature VIP Class Apartments with stunning views of Shaqlawa. The project includes 6 twin apartment buildings, comprising a total of 304 flats, 24 duplex houses, and 40 shops. The structural system was designed using the tunnel formwork method, ensuring efficiency in construction and high-quality finishes.


Methodology:

The entire project was designed and modeled in Revit, incorporating the tunnel formwork system into the BIM workflow. Detailed quantity takeoffs (BOQ) were generated from the BIM model to support cost estimation and project planning.


Role:

As the Architectural Design Chief and BIM Model Coordinator, I managed the preparation of all design and application projects, supervised the visualization team, and ensured seamless coordination with structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines.
