Projeye Genel Bakış:

Sky City, ticari, ofis ve konut alanlarını bir araya getirerek canlı bir kentsel ortam yaratmak üzere özenle tasarlanmış karma kullanımlı bir komplekstir. Proje, ofis ve AVM kulesinde 24 katı kapsamakta ve bunu dört adet 16 katlı konut bloğu tamamlamaktadır. Proje, modern bir ortamda iş, dinlence ve yaşamı dengelemek amacıyla stratejik olarak tasarlanmıştır.


Ofis ve AVM Kulesi:

Dinamik bir kent lokasyonu arayan işletmeler için 10.000 m² ofis alanı.

Perakende, yeme-içme ve eğlence seçenekleri sunan 4.000 m² alışveriş merkezi.

Konut Blokları:

Her birinde kat başına 4 daire bulunan dört adet 16 katlı konut binası.

Aileler için konfor ve pratiklik sağlayan, toplam 256 adet geniş 3+1 daire.


Metodoloji ve Araçlar:

Projenin konsept ve tasarım aşamaları, hassas görselleştirme ve planlama olanağı sağlayan Revit'te geliştirilmiştir. Tasarım, işlevselliği ve ticari ile konut bileşenlerinin sorunsuz entegrasyonunu vurgulayarak kullanıcıları için dengeli ve cezbedici bir ortam garantilemektedir.


Rol:

Tasarım ve görselleştirme takım lideri olarak, tüm 3B görselleştirme çalışmalarını yönettim ve koordine ettim, kilit tasarım kararlarını aldım. Konsept kat planlarını geliştirdim, peyzaj tasarımını oluşturdum ve projenin estetik ve işlevsel bütünlüğünün denetimini gerçekleştirdim. Ayrıca, net bir proje bütçe çerçevesi oluşturmak amacıyla metraj hazırlama ve ön maliyet tahmini çalışmalarını yürüttüm.

Project Overview:

Sky City is a thoughtfully designed mixed-use complex that combines commercial, office, and residential spaces to create a vibrant urban environment. The project spans 24 floors in the main office and mall tower, complemented by four 16-story residential blocks. It is strategically designed to balance work, leisure, and living in a modern setting.


Office & Mall Tower:

10,000 m² of office space for businesses seeking a dynamic urban location.

4,000 m² shopping mall providing retail, dining, and entertainment options.

Residential Blocks:

Four 16-story residential buildings, each with 4 apartments per floor.

A total of 256 spacious 3+1 apartments, ensuring comfort and practicality for families.


Methodology and Tools:

The project's conceptual and design stages were developed in Revit, enabling precise visualization and planning. The design emphasizes functionality and seamless integration of commercial and residential components, ensuring a balanced and engaging environment for its users.


Role:

As the design and visualization team leader, I managed and coordinated all 3D visualization efforts and made key design decisions. I also developed the conceptual floor plans, created the landscape design, and oversaw the project's aesthetic and functional coherence. Additionally, I conducted BOQ preparation and preliminary cost estimation to provide a clear project budget framework.
