Projeye Genel Bakış:

Beyaz Şehir, Irak'ın Erbil kentinde 36.000 m²'lik doğrusal bir parsel üzerinde konumlanan karma kullanımlı bir projedir. 100.000 m²'si konut ve 20.000 m²'si ticari alan olmak üzere toplam 120.000 m² inşaat alanına sahip proje, yapay bir dereyi çevreleyen dokuz kavisli konut kulesinden oluşmaktadır. Bu kuleler, tabanda iki ticari kat ve üzerinde 14 konut katı içermekte olup toplam 630 daire barındırmaktadır. Tasarım, topluluk hissini ve işlevselliği ön planda tutarak kapsamlı rekreasyon olanakları, peyzajlı yeşil alanlar ve erişilebilir perakende fırsatları sunmaktadır.


Metodoloji ve Araçlar:

Proje, modelleme, görselleştirme ve koordinasyon için kesintisiz bir iş akışı sağlanarak tamamen Revit'te geliştirilmiştir. Tasarımın özünü yansıtan yüksek kaliteli render'lar için Enscape kullanılmıştır. Planlama ve tasarım yaklaşımı, konut, ticari ve rekreasyonel alanları uyumlu bir şekilde entegre eden, toplum odaklı ve dengeli bir çevre oluşturulmasını hedeflemiştir.


Rol:

Bu projede, dereyi merkeze alan ve konut bloklarının dinamik yerleşimine odaklanan konsept tasarım ve nazım planı oluşturmaktan sorumluydum. Mimari tasarımı geliştirdim, Revit kullanarak detaylı 3B görselleştirmeler ürettim ve tasarımı proje hedefleriyle uyumlu hale getirmek için diğer disiplinlerle koordinasyon sağladım. Ayrıca, proje fizibilitesini desteklemek amacıyla metraj ve maliyet tahmini çalışmalarını yürüttüm.

Project Overview:

White Land is a mixed-use development situated on a linear plot of 36,000 m² in Erbil, Iraq. With a total construction area of 120,000 m², including 100,000 m² for residential and 20,000 m² for commercial spaces, the project features nine curved residential towers surrounding an artificial stream. These towers consist of two commercial floors at the base and 14 residential floors above, accommodating 630 apartments. The design prioritizes community and functionality, offering extensive recreational facilities, landscaped green spaces, and convenient retail opportunities.


Methodology and Tools:

This project was developed entirely in Revit, ensuring a seamless workflow for modeling, visualization, and coordination. Enscape was used to generate high-quality renderings that captured the essence of the design. The planning and design approach emphasized creating a balanced environment that integrates residential, commercial, and recreational spaces into a cohesive, community-focused development.


Role:

In this project, I was responsible for creating the concept design and master plan, which centered on the stream and the dynamic arrangement of the residential blocks. I developed the architectural design, produced detailed 3D visualizations using Revit, and coordinated with other disciplines to align the design with project goals. Additionally, I prepared the BOQ and cost estimation to support project feasibility.
